Startup Advisory Group Investment Community is focused on building wealth in communities of color through investor education. We are focused on teaching people the fundamentals of investment research. Through this foundation people will be able to assess investment opportunities like professional money managers. Your support will allow us to bring this knowledge to scale to communities of color.

Our Impact
The investment community was created and ran by our founder Jeffrey Derose in March 2020. For 2020 we have put over 100 people through our pilot program and Jeffrey has spent over 200 hours providing mentoring. We built a following of over 3,000 people on club house and have almost 2,000 people engaged with us on Instagram for investment education.
To go along with direct community work, Jeffrey has also provided workshops and speaking engagements for high school students and working professionals of color. In 2020 and 2021 we have provided all of this for free with great satisfaction from our members. With your support we can begin to grow a successful program that drives change for communities of color.
